Innovations in After Sales Service: New Technology, Service Centre Networks and Creative Business Models


This session will focus on innovative strategies for efficient and effective delivery of good quality products and after-sales services to last-mile customers. These strategies range from new models using interactive real-time data, to proven models of offering accessible service through service centres and telephone support.

The session will have a five minute introduction from the session chair, followed by a series of four to five 8‐10 minute presentations by participating speakers, as well as a moderated discussion involving the presenters and the audience.
